Anderson Lee, who joined CenTrio in 2021, serves as General Counsel and Chief Administrative Office. He is an accomplished legal professional with more than 20 years of experience in national and global litigation, commercial and industrial (C&I), and M&A activities.  

His recent accomplishments include leading the legal function for the Networks and Thermal business segments, C&I, and M&A at ENGIE North America. In that role, he led the acquisition of OpTerra Energy Services and project development and financing of both The Ohio State University and the University of Iowa district energy system 50-year concession.

 

Anderson also led the acquisition and financing of the Boston Longwood Medical Area district energy system at Harvard University. Prior to ENGIE, he held legal roles at other energy and oil and gas entities. Anderson began his legal career as an associate at Vinson & Elkins.

Anderson holds bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science from Rice University, and earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
