As CenTrio’s Chief Revenue Officer, Jim Lodge has 40 years of experience in the energy industry and specializes in the operation and development of district energy systems. Currently, he oversees one of the largest and most impressive district energy portfolios in the United States. 

Prior to joining CenTrio, Jim was president of Clearway Community Energy, responsible for Clearway’s expansive district energy, microgrid and combined heat and power (CHP) business throughout the U.S. Jim was the principal to lead the acquisition of the Duquesne University’s CHP district energy

system, the development of new downtown district energy systems in both Phoenix and Pittsburgh, and CHP systems at the Tucson Convention Center and Arizona State University. Jim was also president of APS Energy Services and has served on the IDEA Board of Directors for more than 10 years, including serving as chairman. 

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration in finance from Arizona State University.
